CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY You will be charged 50% of the service price or the deposit (if you placed it) for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24-hours (48 hours for brows) before the appointment time and for no-shows. Deposit required for new clients. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to pre-pay or pay towards their visits when booking future appointments. All appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via phone call or text. A complete consent form is required before the start of service. All sales are final. No refunds. No guests are allowed in the work room. When you book an appt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed on the cancellation policy.
