Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY You will be charged 100% of the service price for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24-hours (48 hours for brows) before the appointment time and for no-shows. If an illness if the reason for cancellations and no-show, you’ll only be charged 50% of the service fee booked. New Client facials/lash appts require a $50 ($100 for brows/mega volume full set) non-refundable deposit. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to pre-pay or pay towards their visits when booking future appointments. All appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via phone call, text, or through Gloss Genius. A complete consent form is required before the start of service. Brow consents must be completed and submitted in advance for review and approval if clients are a candidate. Clients must inform Ann if there are any changes in the questionnaire answers as soon as possible. Failure to inform Ann of any changes (brows) without notification at least 24 hours before the appointment will result to 50% of the cost of service (non-refundable/non-transferable) due during the appointment even if the service is not provided. All sales are final. No refunds. No guests are allowed in the work room. When you book an appt, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
